Osaka Backstreet Nightlife & Street Food Walking Tour

Danny K ! What a beast! A great tour and great experience. If you want to know all about Osaka and the history this is the tour to book. He takes you to the best locations and you feel part of the Oskan culture. Truly a fantastic experience. You might be lucky enough to hear him sing !

I really enjoyed the experience and our tour guide was excellent, we saw 4 bars with 2 offering food but we even held him up after hours and getting a couple more bars in. If you want a true Osaka bar experience then this is the tour for you.

The tour was amazing! Paul was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of knowledge and interesting information that made the tour really memorable. The food and drinks were very good, and the places he took us to had a lot of charm. We got to explore places we would never have seen otherwise and got to meet some very interesting people along the way.

Our tour with Danyk was a memorable experience into Osaka. As a first time visitor it was a great way to get a feel for this city and how it really does contrast with other parts of Japan. Danyk had some interesting insight as we roamed the food scene of Osaka. Recommended.

This was an amazing tour. Rodney was a great host and so knowledgable with the local spots. He took us to a variety of places and each venue had delicious food and/or drinks. We even went to some places where it was essential to speak Japanese. I'd recommend this tour to anyone who loves eating and drinking and wants to explore local spots in Osaka. Amazing tour with Jessie who brought us to great out of the way restaurants along the backstreets of Osaka. Ate great food, had unique drinks and met fun people. Highly recommend!!

Paul was clear in his instructions for where to meet and took the group on a great tour through places we would never have found on our own! Along the way, he also gave us insight into food culture and history in Osaka. We had a fantastic time trying new food and drinks with him!

This was one of the best, if not the best, food tours I've experienced and I've done many, typically at least one on each vacation we take. The Osaka nightlife vibe and the variety of restaurants and bars we visited, both large and small but all with a distinctly local and non-touristy atmosphere, made for a fun evening. While the food itself was excellent as were the drinks, what made our tour special was our guide, Kevin. Kevin was enthusiastic and had a deep knowledge of Osaka's food and drink culture, of which he arranged for a variety of options for us at each location. But what most stood out about Kevin was his fun and personable way of engaging with the group. Our tour was scheduled for three hours, last closer to thee and a half, but seemed to fly by in no time thanks to Kevin.
