A wonderful small group experience and was a lot of fun putting on a Komodo for the ceremony…
We enjoyed a relaxed and quiet tea ceremony in Kyoto. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the tea master and the assistant. The selection of kimonos was magnificent and the hairstyle was a true work of art. The ceremony itself was an experience.
Magnificent experience in a kimono with children aged 5 and 9, we spent a timeless moment and we learned a lot about the tea ceremony. We recommend it!
This was such an enjoyable experience. We were welcomed to a traditional Tea House where we were dressed with beautiful kimonos (you get to choose your pattern, design) and ladies had their hair prepared with a large selection of hair ornaments to choose. We were then shows how to properly make tea by a very kind and warm Tea master. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Everyone should take the time to enjoy this event. Thank you
extremely kind service, beautiful kimonos, awesome learning about the culture of the tea ceremony. i would really recommend
Here you learn about the traditional tea ceremony and etiquette. There is meaning and purpose to the tea ceremony. Very beautiful
The experience is personalized, the place is very pleasant, and the people are very, very friendly. I would definitely return. It is a must-see, even if you don't like matcha
