I would do this again. My son and I had a blast putting in the fine details on our masks. The gold leaf isn’t great. I found It hard to work with. But that’s probably user error. Lol would highly recommend
I had fun with the casting and refining process of making the mask! It looks quite cool! I got to pour, cut, file, shape, and gold leaf the mask.
We had a great time. We were not rushed and got to have a good time doing it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do
My older sons went to this and had an absolutely amazing time. This along with two other experiences were their favorite. Definitely some awesome souvenirs they were able to bring back home. Would book again in the future.
It was fun but also a calming experience. Sawan was really helpful and the tools and procedure were neat.
This was a lot of fun. Take was a great instructor. His English was good and he was very encouraging during the whole process. It’s not easy! We came home with some super cool souvenirs that we made ourselves.
Fantastic! Fun experience for myself, my husband and our two teen/preteen boys. We each got to choose between star and knife. Sawan, the instructor, was wonderful - she explained all of the steps and helped us when needed. Not only great experience, you go home with a beautiful souvenir! Highly recommend!!
Had a wonderful experience making a mask with Ako! Very friendly, and the process is so easy that anyone young or old can come out with a one-of-a-kind souvenir from their time in Japan. Would recommend
Super cool experience. We had Ako help us build a mask and it was once in a life time experience. Super nice area. When I first googled maps the place it looked weird but after walking around it’s a really safe and clean area.
My two boys of 9 and 12 loved making the masks. Good presented and setup, ownsers english was very good.
