Description
Not in an izakaya or bar, but in a Japanese-style room where a certified sake instructor will carefully explain each sake one by one, so you will have a fulfilling time. You can also enjoy tasting koji, shaved rice samples, and sake and snack pairings selected by the instructor. And since the location is in Tsukiji, right beside Tokyo’s most famous food market, it is easy to stop by during your trip. You will be able to encounter sake here that you have never encountered before, so please come and join us. We will prepare 9 carefully selected sake. This will be an hour of reading labels, how to taste them, what kind of food they go with, pairing with snacks, and plenty of time for individual questions.
