Before the concert at 7.15 pm, a typical dinner awaits you at the 'Trattoria Napoleone', situated in Carmine Square n 24, 2 minutes walking from Santa Monaca Church. Menù: Mixed Tuscan appetizer (salami, fennel, Parma ham 24 crowns, polenta with sausage, polenta with mushrooms, polenta with liver pate.) First choice on site: Spaghetti with truffled carbonara. Tortelli mugellani with wild boar. Sienese pici with sausage sauce. Dessert: Warm apple pie with mascarpone cream and strawberry topping. More water, coffee and a glass of Napoleon red or white wine.
