For the money paid, this service is not worth the value. The car is very old, the service is very expensive : Upon searching more sites online, I found much better offers. The driver was not friendly and did not have a good level of English to understand our needs. The car smelt too much of cigarettes which made our journey uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend and my colleagues felt the same way.
Dear person who avoids using his name, First of all, I must state that this comment is absolutely unfounded. First of all, we definitely do not drive bad vehicles. Our oldest model car starts from 2021. Secondly, every driver who uses the vehicle does not smoke in the vehicle and all vehicles are periodically disinfected. This comment is an immoral behavior. We have never received such comments from our guests who preferred us since 2015. The legal follow-up process of the issue has been initiated by Brother Transfer Istanbul. We did 4 airport transfers in a span of 11 days. Efficient, comfortable and reasonably priced. We even had drinking water in 2 of them. Serkan Hayta, the General Manager, is very resourceful. He also volunteered to help in other aspects of our explorations in Istanbul.

Great service by Brother Transfer Istanbul. They communicated all the details clearly as soon as the transfer was booked. The coordinator at the airport was in touch with us the whole time and waited patiently as we collected our luggage. The driver was always on time or early and waited patiently. We used 6-7 different transfer companies in Turkey and this was the best one.

The day we were supposed to fly home, this company stranded us at the hotel. We called the company who changed our pick up time to two hours later than requested without notifying us. The company told us they were going to cancel our order and asked us to catch a cab to the airport instead. Thankfully we made it to our plane with just minutes to spare before boarding. I do not recommend this company. Stranding international travelers is completely unacceptable and rude. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSFER.

It was given to you, but unfortunately you were not at the hotel when the vehicle arrived. We wanted to contact you via Whatsapp, unfortunately there was no WhatsApp, we sent you an extra e-mail for information, but we still did not receive any information. I'm sorry to say that the easiest way is to leave a bad impression on the next guests by giving 1 point here and making false comments without stating that the problem is yours.
