The airport handler 1st contacted said we had no reservation handed us off. 2nd person disappeared. I called the company number they refused to help. A 3rd person at the airport called the same number I did but got a ride aproved. It took over 1 and a half hours before we left the airport.
Ceyhan provided good service. He’s helpful, friendly and honest. Punctual too. Speaks reasonably good English

Ceyhun is a very kind person and we worked very well together. He responds very promptly to messages, is punctual and the car is very clean and comfortable. Ceyhun waited for us at the airport with snacks and cold water and then walked us around Istanbul to where we needed. He also has good prices and is open to negotiation. In another year he was kind enough to accompany us on foot through Istanbul and with public transport to learn the city. I highly recommend.

Fantastic and reliable airport transfer. Really well oiled system in place on pickup and to the minute pickup from our hotel. Clean and tidy van with water in the back. Highly recommend Ceyhan!
We got scammed by the official taxi when we got into one from the airport to the hotel. Decided to go with a private airport transfer and thank God we did. The experience was smooth and driver picked us up from the hotel on time. PLEASE DO NOT use any taxis in istanbul. Use this company instead. It is way cheaper and booking is easy and convenient.
Ceyhan our driver was very thoughtful . When he picked us after we arrived in Istanbul, he prepared hot drinks and snacks for us. When we were leaving Istanbul 2 days later we also engaged him and to our surprised, he gave us a packet of the traditional Turkish coffee powder and also sent us the instructions on how to brew it . If we even go back to Istanbul , we will definitely engage him again!
