Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) is simple and stress-free. After passport control, follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Once you collect your luggage, continue following the exit signs and leave the terminal through Exit Gate 13. As soon as you step outside, you will see elevators on both sides marked “Transportation Floor.” Take the elevator down to -2 level. The elevator brings you directly to Exit B. From there, simply walk about 50 meters, and your private vehicle will be waiting for you next to Column B01. Right after your booking, I personally contact you via WhatsApp and send a clear video guide showing the exact meeting point step by step. ✔️ No waiting ✔️ No confusion ✔️ Direct pickup next to the terminal For hotel pickups, I personally meet you in the lobby at your scheduled time. Important Note About Airport Pickup at IST Due to recent airport regulations, name board meet & greet is no longer allowed inside Istanbul Airport, and large signboards with passenger names have been removed. As a result, when you exit from Gate 13, you will usually see large crowds and multiple transfer teams gathering passengers. Yusuf seems like a nice enough guy, but buyer beware, he left us stranded at IST with no ride to our hotel. We arrived on time, stayed in constsnt communication, followed directions to the meeting spot -- and waited. After 30-40 minutes waiting at the meeting point, Yusuf finally told us that his driver had a flat and was not going to pick us up. We were stranded at the airport after 9:00 P. M. and had to find our own ride to the hotel. You might have better luck, but I would never consider using this vendor again.

The pick-up process at a major airport can be chaotic, but Yusuf made it as smooth as possible: before we landed, he sent us a clear, step-by-step guide to get to the pickup zone. After we landed, Yusuf checked in on us. We were picked up on time in a beautiful car, with complimentary water. The van was big, with plenty of space for people and their luggage. We also used Yusuf's team on the ride back to the airport.
Awful Driver didn’t show up Received threat messages from him Requested help from viator, the answer was I need to contact the agency. Agency without any email and no answer on the phone. Viator refused to help further . Complete rip off
