Intimate four course Cooking class at Terracotta Cooking lab

We had the most wonderful time cooking with Noemi and Livio! We were a group of five with very different levels of cooking experience and confidence, and they made the class enjoyable and engaging for every single one of us. I’m a very experienced home cook, and I was genuinely impressed by how much I still learned, new techniques, little tricks and recipes that I will definitely use again. At the same time, Noemi and Livio were incredibly patient and encouraging with the less confident cooks in our group, so everyone felt completely comfortable and involved. The cooking space is beautiful and perfectly set up for learning, in a quieter part of Florence away from the busiest tourist areas, which made the experience feel even more special and authentic. Above all, Noemi and Livio are just lovely, warm, knowledgeable, patient and great fun to spend time with. We cooked, learned, laughed and ate extremely well. It was one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence, whatever your level of cooking experience.

Noemi and Livio are the best! We only had one day in Florence and had a group of friends with varying levels of cooking abilities. Their cooking class was the perfect fit. Noemi and Livio were so warm and welcoming. Their space is so functional, lots of space for learning, but felt intimate and homey. The four-course option gave us a lot of new recipes and different moments to learn a new technique or about new ingredients. Each one of us walked away with new skills and information. Our least experienced cook was very proud of himself and we wrapped up our night eating the meal we made together and having wine. The vibes were immaculate! Great food, music and people. These two really are building something special. Would absolutely go back if in Florence. 10 out of 10 recommend
