Our ramen chef instructor comes with a wealth of experience, having run restaurants abroad and trained in renowned Japanese ramen havens. Finding someone with such a diverse background to teach in English is truly a rarity in Japan. Plus, you're in for a treat with insider stories and amusing anecdotes from the ramen world. Plus, Our chef is from Utsunomiya, Japan’s famous “Gyoza Capital.” In this class, you’ll learn authentic Utsunomiya-style gyoza techniques and enjoy making dumplings with real local flavor.
