We really enjoyed it! Mitsuru is a very friendly and enthusiastic host. He teaches you the art of Japanese calligraphy in a fun and clear way and takes all the time for it. He is patient, enthusiastic, and creates a relaxed atmosphere. We not only learned a lot, but also laughed a lot. A really nice experience!

Enjoy traditional calligraphy in a projection mapping space. It's a completely new kind of activity! I headed to the atelier while enjoying a ninja mission. When you enter the atelier, the scent of incense spreads. First, we were shown the projection mapping video. It is very immersive. I'm moved by the many beautiful sights unique to Japan, such as Kabuki, cherry blossoms, and fireworks 😌 After that, I will take up calligraphy. As I wrote a few while being taught tips, I gradually improved 👍 After having it affixed to the backing paper and receiving the seal It suddenly became like a wonderful work 🤩 Please have them write their names on the color paper as well. I received it as a present. I'm happy~😉 The appeal of the activities here is It seems that you can enjoy it intuitively through the experience of video production and brush and ink, without relying on difficult etiquette or long explanations. Since it's indoors, you can enjoy it even on a rainy day. Recommended for foreign tourists while traveling 😊 How about making memories?

I experienced calligraphy. I enjoyed it as a Japanese person, being taught how to write and having my name written on colored paper. I recommend it more for people from overseas!

Even after living in Japan for 8 months and trying calligraphy before, this still felt unique. The combination of traditional calligraphy with immersive digital art was lovely, and the projections of Japan's seasons and scenery were super calming. The walk to the studio was fun too, kind of like a little scavenger hunt with a reward at the end. Our host, Mitsuru was incredibly patient and kind, helping us choose a kanji and even making one based on our names. I also loved getting a piece he wrote to take home. Highly recommend for a creative and memorable experience in Tokyo! I am a tour guide in Tokyo and I will definitely recommend this to my guests! I like spending time in Taito ku and thanks to Kuro to Shiro art I discovered a new area. A real gemstone hidden near the Skytree. You look for hints in the street and then you go to the calligraphy workshop. The place is amazing. Really Japanese like. I loved the atmosphere. I was not only calligraphy but also some projections. I learnt a lot and I’m satisfied with the kanji that I wrote. I could bring my favorite pieces and two presents. Thank you so much for the good time. I had so much fun and I’m happy that I made progress in writing kanji ✨🤌🏻

It was my first time trying calligraphy, but I had so much fun! I told the teacher which Kanji I wanted to write, and they created a sample with the stroke order so I could follow along step-by-step. It wasn't just traditional calligraphy either—there was also projection mapping, which made it such a fun and unique experience. On top of that, the teacher came up with different Kanji characters for my name and wrote them on a special signature board to give me as a gift. I'll treasure it forever! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great hands-on experience and wonderful memories. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

I thought it was just a calligraphy experience. It's not just calligraphy, it's projection mapping. I was very surprised at how innovative it was! It was a lot of fun. If you are a foreigner who has never done calligraphy before, of course, I think Japanese people who haven't done calligraphy for a while can enjoy it together.
