Violent and emotional
Wonderful and moving experience. Fado live is completely different from a recording. Fantastic performance by the artists. A shame it was only an hour, but a must-do if you stay in Porto
Operator response

Amazing fado - thoroughly recommend
Amazing singers & musicians. Small/ cosy venue with good acoustics… great to totally focus on the music without the distraction of a bar/ restaurant setting. 1h show with 2 singers & 2 musicians. Can thoroughly recommend.

Creating a space where guests can simply listen, connect with the music and experience Traditional Fado at its most authentic is very important to us. It means a lot to know that you appreciated it. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again very soon!

So glad we went
Fabulous musicianship from all. The clarity, power, and passion of the singers voices was superb and their vocal ranges were impressive. The guitar players were clearly very accomplished and it was great that they got to do a few pieces where they played without the singers so you could really appreciate their skills. Loved the show.
Operator response
Thank you very much for such a generous review! We are delighted that you appreciated both the expressive power of the voices and the musicianship throughout the concert. We are especially pleased that you enjoyed the Guitarradas, the instrumental moments that allow the Portuguese guitar and Fado guitar to take centre stage and reveal their full character.
Thank you for joining us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again on a future visit to Porto!
