It is not a sanctuary if the horses are used

Please do not call it a sanctuary! A true sanctuary for horses or other animals is a safe haven that welcomes and protects them; here live individuals considered "livestock" who are rescued from exploitation, mistreatment, or abandonment. In these places, animals live free and have no productive or commercial purpose until the end of their natural life! Yours is the typical business that uses horses without respecting them for profit.

Absolutely yes!

A place where nature, horses, and respect meet perfectly, an authentic experience far from the usual tour, but authentic and colored by fantastic and pleasant encounters with the horses, a total immersion in their world, highly recommended❤️(it is also an amazing place to take photos, rich in wildlife!!)

Beautiful mountain ride!

We had a beautiful ride out in the mountains of Italy! The town of Tagliacozza was so cute and looked straight out of a movie! Alessia was super friendly and fun and showed us an amazing part of the country that we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. The horses were so calm and friendly and rideable for anyone! Alessia went out of her way to show us a little extra since we were the only riders and we only wish we had more time to ride all day. Thank you for a wonderful day and new memories and congrats on your new ranch!

Authentic horse experience

Our particular ride did not include a lot of ruins, but focused more on connecting with the horses and an explanation of what the land used to look like in ancient times versus what it looks like now. The horses were very well behaved and unique, as well as safe. The ride was lovely and inclusive of everyone, with beautiful landscapes and forests to ride through. We personally had prior experience with horses, but others did not. Overall, perfect for all ages and experience!

Scam, fraud

It was a scam, he had me waiting 40 minutes for him to come in with alcoholic breath and tell me fat, that I could not get on as fat and my wife told me that I should know English perfectly, I had not read the terrible comments that he has but from what I see this lady is only dedicated to scamming, I hope they already discharge this lady

Operator response

It's unpleasant to receive numerous reviews from the same customer on the same day, even creating fake profiles simply because they were asked to cancel their business because they didn't meet the requirements. The couple in question didn't speak English or Italian, making it impossible for me to communicate and guide them on the excursion. Furthermore, he was significantly over the weight limit, which is disrespectful to the horses. This customer wrote four negative reviews in one day, from Israel, Sam Tc, Iker Sanchez, and Sandra, on Google and all social media platforms alone. Thanks for your contribution.

The best!

I am among the friendliest people I have ever met. They were very helpful to meet my level of experience, and I learned a lot about horses in just one day. I was really glad I chose to go. Highly recommended! 🤠

Great Experince

Beautiful trail ride through a pine forest. Was a unique way to experience Italy outside of the cities. My wife has no experince riding and she was fine, the horses are well trained and unfazed by anything we encountered. It was a great way for me to indulge in my favorite hobby while on vacation, we're glad we took the time to do it. We ended up returning to Ostia Antica another day to see the ruins. Ostia Antica is easy to get to using the Metro/Train system.

Do not waste your time

I arrived at the café meeting location 30 minutes before my tour. I looked all around the tables for 45 minutes looking for a tour operator, a sign, a vehicle with the name of the tour. Nothing. Only local Italians having morning coffee. I attempted to call with no response and viator would not let me message the tour for some reason. I left 20 minutes after my tour time. There was no one who made themselves apparent as the tour guide. No sign, no t-shirt, no marker, not anything. I left thinking the tour operator did not show. Later I messaged them asking for a refund and they claim I didn't show up. That I was supposed to talk to the tour operator or the cafes bartender. We'll as you can see the meeting point instructions mention a free breakfast but do not say you are supposed to ask the bartender about the tour. There was no tour group or tour guide there. Now they are offended and will not give me a refund. Do not waste your time or money on these greedy people.

Operator response

Hi Jacob, I'm sorry to read your comments, but you weren't at the meeting point this morning, and you didn't ask for breakfast from the bar staff who welcome all my customers from 10 a.m. until late at night, as clearly stated in the business description. Another untrue statement in your review is that even though you didn't show up, you'll still receive your money back from the website. Thanks, and have a good trip.
