Just Get An Uber
They do not come inside and help you with your luggage at baggage claim. You could get an uber or a taxi for WAY cheaper and have the same experience. The driver told me he was not allowed inside and would be ticketed, however, there were other drivers inside with signs waiting for people to arrive. Then he told me I booked the economy experience and with the business class experience he could come inside. So it went from he couldn’t come inside to I booked the wrong option for him to come inside. Neither economy nor business class was an a option through Viator. You just book it and I even had to contact them after the booking to give them my flight information. Also, it was a pickup for 5 people so they should assume there’s at least 5 suitcases with carry-ons and they sent an Escalade. The only reason we fit was because 1 person in our party missed their flight. The trunk was filled with luggage and we had to put bags under our feet, luggage even had to go in the front seat so if that person was with us neither them nor their luggage would have been able to fit. All around poor service.

Bummed
Driver was pleasant. The car was not what is depicted in your pictures. I could have taken a chance on an Uber and possibly done better.

Spring Break Trip
We had trouble meeting up at the airport. The directions given lead us to the wrong place. I reserved a private transfer for seven people in a large van. We had to use two cars which broke our party up. I would not use this group again and do not recommend them. Our private transfer back to the airport with another tour group was a lot cheaper, more than half, and we had a van.

Great service
Great driver he had a little confusion on pick up point but because he had sent his phone number, we were able to be in contact and he found us.

DONT purchase this please!!
DO NOT purchase this!!! I repeat DO NOT purchase this!!! I spoke to the vendor & email. Simple just what my sign was to say. It was my boyfriend first time there I wanted it to be special. I got NO greeting NO Lei NOTHING!! When I landed got email where to meet them. a van was waiting with absolutely nothing so I got a cab service which I did not want. I paid for a lei greeting which I did NOT get! Please do not purchase this I requested a refund from company they told me no I could’ve asked for a lei when I got in the van? terrible terrible do not purchase from this company!! This Ruined the experience that I wanted my boyfriend to get from the airport

As we discussed also with TripAdvisor and Viator's customer service, it appears that you forgot to request the LEI, which we would have provided gladly but since it has a cost it must be pre-ordered. This is also the reason why they did not refund you, since the complaint is not for poor or lack of service, but rather for an extra that was not requested on your booking.
Since this is the only reason for your complaint, and not that we were late or something different, allows us to make it up to you on your return trip if you like. Simply email us and we will take care of the rest. Thank you for your business.
