Eric was wonderful- had an early arrival and then delay with luggage pick up but he patiently waited and helped with lots of bags! Highly recommend.

Our driver Eric made it extremely clear how to navigate the airport and find him. Since we had never been to Hawaii, we arranged a time 2 hours after we were scheduled to land. Our driver asked for our flight info and was waiting for us when our flight arrived early. Such an excellent experience.

Absolutely great….but!
Overall excellent. The only downside was all of the high back vans we used didn’t have step stools you could put on the ground to help getting into/out of the vans. As an elderly couple with post surgery knee issues, this detracted from all the positives. Just realize your knees may kill you for a few day.
