Got picked up at a different location than originally indicated, the company called and txt a different time and place, unfortunately I didn’t notice new location! Tour bus operator waited and finally called me, gave directions to where he was! Thank you again sir as I didn’t get his name! He was very knowledgeable and trip was, both going and returning. I have a mobility problem and driver showed me where free wheelchairs are located, thanks again! The only complaint I had was with the ship’s tour guide. She spoke her script so fast I had no idea what she said! On the plus side they were very accommodating with handicapped guests! The return trip was quite pleasant and the driver learned of my mobility problem dropped us at our hotel rather than the new pick up drop off location!
Wonderful excursion. Being at Pearl Harbor was an emotional experience. Our guide was fabulous to and from showing us all the major points in Honolulu .
Keep in mind you are visiting a sacred place with unmatched historical significance. It is a memorial, so while it’s a bit somber, there is a sense of American pride and respect for those that were lost. Having said that, our family feels like it is a must when visiting Oahu. Out tour guide was outstanding in knowledge of Hawaii and specifically the events that occurred at Pearl Harbor and the historical significance. Highly recommend!
Well organised great host Jeff from KARMA tours. Great communication about pickup times etc. The actual Pearl Harbor experience including Uss Missouri was awesome and somewhat emotional highly recommended
It was amazing. Brought my boys as they had never been to Hawaii and I said Peal harbor is a must. I had never seen the cemetery or the USS Missouri. It was amazing. Our tour guide Clift names after the actor Montgomery Clift was amazing. He made up an itinerary for us. The only tour guide who does this. An overall amazing experience. Highly recommend it.
I visited the Arizona and Missouri about a year ago, and it was a deeply moving experience. Seeing both ships gives such a profound perspective on history. It can get quite crowded, but it is an absolute must-do tour!
Beautiful day. Didn't get to go on the Arizona Memorial the 1st time. Wind too high. Battleship was very interesting. Tried to get on the Memorial again and made it. Was amazing. Our guide Art, was very personable, knowledgeable and informative.
The tour guide was amazing! To not have to drive in traffic and find parking was worth it but the tour guide made it so much more. Made sure we knew exactly where to go, we had everything we needed and got to where we needed to be on time. I thought she would just drive us and pick us up but it was so much more. We had plenty of time to explore the battleship and make it in time for the Arizona tour too. Make sure to bring money for a tip cause they deserve it. Wouldn’t do it any other way.
We thought our driver/guide would be taking us through the sites but no, we were just transported to Pearl Harbour and USS Missouri. He did however provide commentry along the way. We enjoyed looking through the USS Missouri, and the cramped conditions the crew worked in. This tour is expensive but you pay for convience, hotel pickup provided.
This was an amazing experience. The transportation provided was amazing. Very timely and very informative. His name was Clift. He even took the time to make an itinerary for us so could make the most of our time.
