Absolutely an incredible experience! Our flight was delayed an entire 24 hours. I texted the driver and let him know. He changed the time without charging even though it was within the 24 hour timeframe. He was waiting with a digital sign. Once we received our fresh leis he loaded all of our luggage onto a cart, took photos of us, loaded everything into the van, and delivered us to the hotel then unloaded everything. He was full of tips and even sent us his own personal itineraries of places to go, eat, and suggestions. I will only travel from the airport this way from now on!!!

Even though the plane had a delayed arrival of three hours, they still picked us up and waited for us to arrive, he was very kind and easy to talk to as we were going to our destination, definitely will be using you guys again

The service was excellent. The driver had great communication and kept us updated through text messages. He arrived at the airport early and met us inside the airport at baggage claim. He brought us beautiful fresh Hawaiian leis. He helped get our luggage to his vehicle so we didn’t have to struggle with it. He was professional and drove safely. The SUV was clean and roomy. He was very polite and personable. We would highly recommend this service.
