Don’t hesitate to book
Very happy we booked this instead of trying to rent a car and drive it ourselves. It was very heavy traffic when we arrived and navigating it and the unfamiliar route after a day of travel delays would have been less than ideal. Very good communication between the operator and myself.

Friendly Welcome
From the moment we arrived in Hawaii, our trip felt special. As we entered the baggage claim area at HNL, we were greeted with a beautiful birthday sign wishing my wife a Happy Birthday. Celebrating her birthday was the reason for our visit to Hawaii, and that warm welcome immediately made us feel appreciated and excited for the journey ahead. Our driver was also incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. She drove safely and professionally, making our arrival and transportation experience smooth and enjoyable. Driver Kwin was horrible
Our driver Kwin babrrly even spoke with us. Gave us our Lei and then immediately was rushing us out of airport to his vehicle. This was first time to the island for wife and I and celebrating anniversary. Worse first impression. Never offered to take our picture. I would not do this again if driver going to be Kwin.
