Another great experience with this tour company! Again, great way to learn about local history when you’re from out of town, and get to see some sites that you normally would not see or think that there’s any historic significance to. As always, Jason did a great job of interpreting the local history and telling some great stories. Even in between locations, we got to hear stories and learn about historical events that took place at various locations as well. Highly recommend this tour company, look forward to seeing more “haunts” next year!

I went on the Haunted Downtown tour the other weekend and it was a real hoot! the ghost stories were intreaguing and the sordid history of Montreal leading to many ghost hauntings around the city were fabulous! our host Jason was very knowlegeable and a great storyteller.

Jason walks too fast without looking behind to see if everyone is keeping up, is a bit too dramatic and corny, but frankly the material is just kind of dumb and unbelievable. There are no ghosts. They don’t really exist. The tour would be much better with more local history about DT Montréal thrown in and less surmising about fictious ghosts.
I was both surprised and disappointed by this review. We offer ghost tours led by a professional actor/storyteller and yet you are complaining that the tour was "dramatic" and involved stories about ghosts! Furthermore, as the author of the tour I combine deranged history with real ghost stories, something you are clearly skeptical about. With so many regular history tours being offered in the city, I find it beyond strange that you booked a ghost tour when clearly you would have preferred something less dramatic and more history-focused,

We had a fantastic experience. The owner of the company was our tour guide, I believe his name was Jason. His storytelling was beyond this world. It brought every single story to life and we felt part of the stories. We ended up going to the hunted pub Andrew's for beers after the tour ;)
