Had such a great time at OEP! We tried the Hatha Yoga class with Rozalia and she was so lovely and welcoming. The class was really enjoyable! The space itself is beautuful and has such a nice vibe to it! They have so many different classes and events on, so I’ll definitely be back to try another one!
I had such a lovely experience at OEP Athens. I joined the yoga class with Rozalia ( I hope I spelled it correctly), and it was a wonderful !! The class was a small group of six people, which made it feel very personal . The instructor was a wonderful teacher — warm, attentive and very professional. She explains everything clearly and created a calm atmosphere. After the class, I went upstairs and had a matcha latte, which was the perfect way to finish the experience. I really loved the atmosphere at OEP. The prices are very reasonable, It’s a great place to take a break from the busy streets of Athens, enjoy some wellness and then relax with a good drink. I booked the class through the website and it was pretty straightforward I would definitely recommend OEP Athens, beautiful from start to finish!
We booked this yoga class as a group of 6 which was the maximum amount of people who could take the class and it was great! Rozalia was an amazing instructor and she was able to take us all from complete beginners to knowing some poses and getting us all interested in returning for more and developing. I want to take more of her classes as she does other kinds of yoga here. For a one hour class that felt like a private class it was really affordable and they had all the equipment you need there. There was even a little nook with books and a couch where we sat for a while after the class and chatted. It's such a nice place.
