This tour includes £3 entry ticket to the Divinity School Harry Potter film site at the Bodleian library- as and when Divinity school is open. This venue is where they filmed infirmary and dance scenes. Please note that Duke Humfreys library upstairs is not included as it's not open to guides to bring tours but you can book tickets for adults or children aged 11+ to see Duke Humfreys library, if you book that instead via the Bodleian website. Please note that when Divinity school is closed, we replace it with entry to New college film site but if New college is also closed, we cannot promise entry.

Anna was prompt in meeting us at the appointed place. She was knowledgable and courteous, keeping us in the shade as it was record breaking heat in Oxford that day. She kept us moving, and also gave us time to soak in the sites and history. You'll have a lovely time with her, and enjoy the HP places without fuss.

We are lucky to meet our tour guide, Peter who was nice to bring us to walk around the attractions of Oxford and provide detailed background/history of the place. Although we are not native speakers, Peter was very patience to explain to us in funny and interesting way. Kids love to wear the costumes and visit the scene of Harry Potter films. They request to see the films/book after the tour. We enjoy the tour. It gives us a good impression on Oxford. Highly recommended.

Peter was an impressive guide for our family recently in Oxford. We had a bit of hybrid tour with HP Christ’s Church and a River Cruise. Was a beautiful day! Peter had prepared a lovely lunch for us and we started at St. Michael’s church and then headed to the river where we then went to St. Mary’s historic church. We were amazed at Peter’s vast knowledge of Oxford facts as well as all things Harry Potter, Lewis and Tolkien. Unexpected extra stops at the famous Turf Tavern, Blackwell’s Book Shop and the Covered Market rounded out the day nicely. Peter not only provided lunch to our multi allergenic family, but also outfits to wear to celebrate our HP love. We toured the gorgeous Bodleian Library and of course Christ’s Church. Many tricky trivia questions also were a fun experience! We highly recommend touring with Peter and Visit Oxford Tours!
