5 min

A unique space in the centre of Oxford, with a strong link to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Admission included60 min

Christ Church is one of the most celebrated Colleges at Oxford. Nearly 500 years old it has a seriously impressive collection of buildings along with a strong Harry Potter and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland connection. The guide will provide a comprehensive external overview of the College and its grounds before you enter with a multimedia audio guide, so you can explore the vast grounds at your own pace. We recommend an hour for this - following the completion of this, the experience will have ended.

Admission included5 min

The first purpose built lecture room, and one of the greatest examples of Medieval Architecture in Europe. No wonder it was used in the filming of Harry Potter and other Hollywood films! Explore this famous ceremonial building, with those who have attended the ceremonies! During peak season (June–August), access to the Divinity School is extremely limited due to frequent closures and high demand, and may not be included in the tour. While some companies may claim otherwise, we prefer to be honest upfront rather than risk disappointment on the day. If this is closed on the day, we will substitute it with entrance to another University College.

Great walking tour. Only 9 in the group so no hold ups. Nico was a great guide - very knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend.

Interesting and Informative Tour

Our guide Luke was running a little late for the tour, but soon got into his flow. A very informative tour taking in Trinity College, the Bodleian Library, the Sheldonian, Radcliffe Camera and Christ Church. The two hour tour is full of lots of interesting facts about both modern and historical events at Oxford. Christ Church is a self guided tour with an included headset which you can do at your own pace. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend to others.

Oxford walking tour extended

Had a great walking tour including entry to Christchurch. Tour guide was a student and provided history and interesting stories behind various sights as well as student life. Weather was usually hot, but Tour guide kept us in shade as much as possible.

Great guide and nice tour

Alex E, our guide, is experienced and knowledgeable to Oxford University. His sharing is great. Brilliant time management. What different from my expectations is the places we visited is far less than the itinerary. May be the itinerary is aggressive. I joined the tour for my kids who interested to study in the University but struggling for choosing which college. Therefore, missing some planned colleges would be the only thing disappointed us in this trip.
