Hand on Vietnamese Cooking class with Ms hanh

The best cooking class experience in Hoi An! Chef Han is so incredible and made our experience so memorable. The food was delicious, she was so organised and the day was so much fun! Can’t recommend her enough!!

We had a fantastic day at Happy’s cooking class. She is extremely knowledgeable about the food she cooks, where it comes from, choosing correct fresh ingredients at the market. And she was great fun! The food we cooked was absolutely amazing and plentiful. We were completely stuffed, so make sure you go hungry! We learned so much from her about cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes, it’s an experience we will never forget. I highly recommend doing this course, well worth it

That was amazing! It was a really great experience of Vietnamese cuisine. We were able to choose our favorite dishes and exactly those were cooked. There were four of us & we had a wonderful time. I really highly recommend this cooking class if you want to dive into Vietnamese cuisine. The prices are completely reasonable. 🙌🫶🏼

Such a wonderful experience with Ms Hanh. Her years as a professional chef helped to show us some simple things we can do to produce beautiful Vietnamese food from scratch at home. Ms Hanh was so much fun and we learnt so much, not only about food whilst being shown around the market, but also life as a local in Hoi An. Make this a must do on your visit to Hoi An.

Hanh’s cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Hoi An. She took us to the local markets and showed us how to pick the best ingredients, and then taught us to prepare and cook the most delicious four course meal. She took such good care of us, was super bubbly and chatty, and it was an honour to be taught by her! Highly recommend!

This class is really well organised. Great communication from the hosts prior to the class. Easy pick up from the hotel. Great tour of the market before the class. We then got minibus to the kitchens and took a coconut boat tour and did some crab fishing. Mrs Hanh was an excellent and fun teacher. The whole class really enjoyed her teaching and the food we cooked was delicious. I was a bit nervous to go as a solo traveller, but I felt totally comfortable and relaxed throughout thanks to Mrs Hanh!

We had a very happy Cooking class with Hanh, picked up went to a local market with hanh, she knew all the storekeepers, than back to her house in the countyside where we cooked our lunch together. Hanh is very good teacher , always happy and a really nice person, fully recommend.

Ms Hanh's cooking class was recommended to us by our Intrepid tour guide and it was well worth the money. I did the class with my 3 teenage daughters and my chef husband and we all got so much out of it. The market visit was fun and informative and the cooking class was hands on but easy and all the dishes were delicious. Ms Hanh is super sweet and funny. We did this on our last day in Vietnam and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommended!!

A fantastic experience, family friendly and very funny because she has a great sense of humor. Different from the activities they advertise in tourist brochures. I highly recommend it. There were two of us and they picked us up and took us to the hotel.

The best experience, visit to the market, see and buy productos, learn how to cook and enjoy metal. Hanh is an experienced cook with a brilliant mind and sense of humour. She made our experience memorable.
