Hiroko was truly exceptional and we had the most wonderful experience. The gyoza were amazing and we learned so much. Hiroko was so knowledgeable and kind and I can’t wait to go home and cook the gyoza for my family. The recipe was accessible if you are a chef or never cooked before and Hiroko made sure we learned so much. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone do this class if you are in Tokyo!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Tamae and Yuko making gyozas! We had a great afternoon, learned a lot of new tricks and were pleasantly surprised with how well they turned out! Great activity while visiting Tokyo.

Rowena was a wonderful instructor! We had so much fun making classic Japanese Gyoza and a bunch of side dishes. Great recipes and easy to follow. Rowena was so organized which made it so enjoyable. We cant wait to make these at home for our friends!

This class was so much fun! Our hosts - Hiroko & Minsato - were so kind and patient with us. We did the class with our 3 teenagers. Everyone had a fun time, and the food we made was delicious!
