Guided All Inclusive Beach Day Excursion in Bahamas

It was my fourth excursion on the island. Some were less good than others but this one was by far the worst. We were supposed to have unlimited drinks, but that was not the case; we didn't even get a single glass. They just took us to an island where there were pigs (now they buy them all and put them on the many virgin islands of the Bahamas, but they are no longer the original pigs that attracted so many people at the beginning), they made us go snorkeling in water where there were no fish or anything to see, all that in the same place, then we went back. I have never felt so much like I was throwing my money out the window. Those who haven't done others might enjoy it, but when you know, no.

Fun the pigs were cute food was ok the beach made up for it ten fold. The staff (lifeguard) was very attentive to the swimmers

A bit rushed but we got what we paid for. It was fun with the pigs but a bit crowded. Beach was nice with trampolines for children. Beach was clean. Toilets disgusting. Food was not great. Boat tour was ok. Saw some turtles aswel. We enjoyed it, so did our children (4 and 7). Possible improvements. Restore old and dirty toilets. Make the tour 30 minutes longer for a better experience that feels less rushed.

Came to the island with an excursion to feed the pigs. Mr. & Ms. Piggy were great and kept beach and water very clean/tidy after the super cute pigs. Don’t miss the look out deck for 360 views.

This is not what it seems, we had it written down that you were going to an all inclusive beach to feed the pigs and that two rim punch’s were included. We were also told stay as long as you like. The trip didn’t start well with over an hour delay in leaving then on the boat had no drinks at all and when you finally arrive at the island after about a 40 min trip (was told just 20) it’s all been purpose made. Nothing is natural as advertised. It’s super busy and your rushed in with loads of other tourists. Your on a time schedule to eat lunch feed the pigs then there was 20 mins to relax before your ushered back to the boat. All in all very disappointed don’t be fooled like we unfortunately were.

Very easy shore excursion from the cruise ship dock in Nassau. You get about 3 hours of beachtime, its a 45 min each way boat trip. Snorkel right off the beach, you get about 15- 20 minutes of pig time (they wade rather than swim but still cute and fun.) I booked direct with the resort website. Lunch was decent and had gluten free options. I definitely recommend the earlier boat as we had less crowds than later with more tours coming in. There are steps down to the beach and up to the bar/lunch area. Lots of loungers and chairs and tables.

The bar is on the island and open to anyone that has an excursion wristband. The drinks were moderately priced, yet slightly above average. Our excursion included paddle boarding, canoeing and other water activities. Drinks were tasty and strong! Atmosphere is tropical, friendly and chill. Crowds were light and the visit lasted 1-2 hours.

Only 3 hours.Checked in at 10:30, but the boat didn't depart until 11:50, waiting until it was completely full. Arrived at the island at 12:40, then had to queue to feed the pigs. There were 20 people feeding seven or eight pigs, and the pigs couldn't even swim. Taking photos with the pigs also required queuing. One little pig was pitifully passed around, photographed by dozens of people in turn. Left the island at 13:50, and we were supposedly going to see sea turtles, but instead, the boat stopped at a snorkeling spot along the way and we could only watch from the boat. There were no sea turtles at all. Other tour groups were snorkeling, but we could only watch from the boat. Spent a total of one hour on the island, with no snorkeling. Got back to Nassau at 14:20. The worst service and day trip in the Bahamas.

I booked this excursion based on a few good reviews. This is my honest experience. I received my ticket via Email January 2ND with information about my excursion. This Email stated the excursion was at 10 AM and to meet at the meetup spot 30 minutes prior to check in. plain and simple right? Come January 3rd me and my family made our way off the ship wondering around the port looking for our guide due to the lack of information on the meet up spot i even attempted to call the number given on the app when you press contact tour operator and was not able to reach anyone. We finally found our guide at 9:35 and we were told the boat already left. They also had to search around to find my info. This let me know they were not aware of having a family of 6 with reservations for the first boat departure. I was told to come back at 11:15 to catch the next boat. This was not a big deal, so we went and killed an hour or so exploring the port. during this time, I checked my emails and noticed a separate email changing the meet up time to 9 AM witch I received in the middle of the ocean and did not have service. I feel like this should have been sent with the first email the day prior. Going forward my family and I arrived back at the meet up spot at 11 just so we didn't miss this window again, as we arrive and waited, we were told the boat that was supposed to get us at 11:15 is running late due to technical difficulties , come 12:15 or so the boat finally showed up. we make our way to the island, and the boat ride was beautiful. as we arrive it was around 12 :40 they told us we have to leave at 2 this was verry frustrating as we paid 480 dollars for a boat ride and hanging on an island for an hour. Swimming with the pigs started at 1 PM so me and my family scarfed some food down, the food was actually really great I love Caribbean style food. we ran over to swim with the pigs, and this was fun, a bunch of pigs of all sizes running around like crazy eating carrots. now comes the depressing part, this island was nasty, there was trash and broken chairs all over the place it looked like someone went dumpster diving for tanning chairs and piled them up on this beach. anyways we found a few chairs and enjoyed the beach for 30 minutes or so and had to leave. I'm giving this poor review for lack of communication, poor upkeep of the island, and simply not getting my money's worth.
