Guests arriving via cruise ship are asked to meet our team opposite the port exit, directly in front of the Blanco by Nature store in the Prince George Plaza, beneath the Fat Tuesdays sign approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled adventure time. Our team will arrive in a clearly branded My Own Water Sports van.
Please note, guests are required to present a government issued identification.

Great experience
Easy pick up and drop off. They were very nice and everything went very smoothly. The Jetski was powerful and fun to drive.

They didn’t pick us up...
They didn’t pick us up and refused to give us a refund. They will leave you stranded without any communication

We would like to clarify that we do provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for our guests. Our website clearly provides the designated meeting points, and guests are asked to be at the designated waiting area approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Our company drivers do make reasonable efforts to contact guests who are not present at the designated waiting area. However, it is ultimately the guest’s responsibility to be at the specified meeting point at the scheduled time. In accordance with our company policy, guests who are not present at the designated pick-up location may be marked as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

Very fun, just beware of...
Very fun, just beware of the weight limits. Easy to get to get to. Driver picked us up without problem. We came from cruise ship. Clean jet skis. Bring cash just in case you need an extra jet ski.

Every staff member was...
Every staff member was helpful and extremely nice. The location has beautiful water and the backdrop of the Atlantis resort.
When booking for two people it will book you for one wave runner. You will need to book for “3 or 4” so each person has their own to drive.

They were late by 40 min for pick up from Nassau downtown but rest experience for JetSki riding, staff friendliness and drop back was great.

Treat Customers Like Family
The staff treated us like family, even after we were finished jet skiing. All good vibes no issues. I will definitely be booking again. July 2026 was an excellent experience in the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen.
