We had a Great experience, they had great customer service and the wings were perfect We had an unforgettable time all around I would Definitely recommend them!! See you next year!
This was hands down one of the best excursions we have ever done. The experience and people were 5 stars. Highly recommend!
So much fun! Enjoyed the piggies and the beach with multiple water sports. Definitely a must do! Thanks!
I'm always skeptical about paying for things like this online but everything else as legit and we had the best time ever! Location was a bit hard to find especially because my service wasn't working but its not to far from the cruise port . We loved swimming with the big! Snorkeling was okay.. I thought it would have been way cooler but that's ok.
The boat captain was all business - efficient but lacking the personality one would expect to kick off the excursion. Not much to look at on the way to the island. The island was nice (beach and shoreline a little rocky). PIgs were well behaved and cute. Staff on the island were very nice and helpful. Created a fun, light vibe. We did banana boat ($20 xtra pp) and rented a jet ski for $60 (for 2 for 15 minutes). Other water sports included.
Boat ride to island was pretty. The pigs were neat to see the few that did swim around. You stand in a line and feed them, and pigs are only out for a few minutes. After that you are just hanging out on crowded beach. There were some activities like a water trampoline and a paddle board. Lunch was decent. Snorkeling spot was just off island and was a quick stop. Did see some fish. Finding the meeting spot was a little confusing, accidentally met with wrong tour and they redirected us.
This is a mixed review. I have done this tour twice: once in June and once in August. Both times we left at least a half an hour late and then returned back to the port half an hour late. This would not matter too much except it made all of us from the cruise ship nervous that we would be late to our ship. There is little communication once on the island about when he boat would be back to pick us up. In June the lunch (fried fish strips and French fries were served hot and crispy. Today the fish and fries were cold and soggy. However, feeding the pigs is fun. And the snorkeling was very beautiful. We saw many, many beautiful fish. Finally, the captain did not seem very warm or friendly.
Thank you for taking the time to visit us on two separate occasions and for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced and understand how stressful this can be for cruise passengers. Please know that we are always very mindful of our guests' all-aboard times and work closely with our team to ensure everyone returns to the port on time. We understand the importance of cruise schedules and have an excellent track record of returning our guests safely and on schedule. We're also sorry that your lunch didn't meet the standard you experienced during your first visit. Consistency is extremely important to us, and we'll address this with our team. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed interacting with the pigs and that you had the opportunity to experience the beautiful marine life while snorkeling. We also appreciate your comments regarding the captain. Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere is an important part of the experience, and we'll share your feedback with our team as we continue to improve.
The overall experience was incredible! We did the 4 hour option with our 2 boys. Ages 7 and 10, and it was the best part of their vacation! The island we went to was so nice, the food included was incredible! Best day…highly recommend!
I had a great time and it was definitely a highlight of my trip! I would recommend the 4 hr over the 2 hr experience because then you’ll have more time to have fun at the beach after the pig experience. Remember to bring cash for the jet ski and banana boat activities. Also bring swimming shoes in case there are rocks. Overall the tour guides were very prompt with the departure time and return time. I thought the pig poop would be a deterrent but the guides were cleaning as they did it so it wasn’t bad. The snorkeling and the free rum punch on the island were great additions to the experience!
What an incredible time!! The pigs were amazing and we got to hold a baby pig!! Beach, rum punch, and snorkeling was fantastic
