We had nice outting, boat was very comfortable. The captain and crew were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. We followed a humpback whale around San Jose island, awesome.

Anacortes is strategically placed to offer the best whale viewing opportunities. There's no company that sees more whales than Island Adventures. As members of the Pacific Whale Watch Association, we have access to the best whale-sightings network in the world. If whales in the area, we know it. High-speed, low profile vessels often travel past whales without seeing them. Our elevated wheelhouses and upper decks allow us to find more whales, spot them sooner, and view them better than smaller boats.

Amazing!
We went on the 4 hour tour yesterday and it was amazing! Captain Carl and biologist Sam made it possible to see humpbacks, orcas, minkes,and Stellar sea lions. Sam was very knowledgeable on the whales and was able to identify what whale (Noah) we saw by uploading photos to Happy Whale. What an adventure! Great job by the crew.

We saw Orca’s, sea otters and seals. Beautiful areas and very relaxing. Beautiful islands and the crew was amazing!

Great whale watch trip from Anacortes.
Excellent choice for whale and wildlife watching. Naturalists on board, to give explanations and interesting information about the species you are seeing. Large boat, spacious, in good condition, indoor or outdoor seating, snack bar available. We saw orcas, sea lion, harbor seals, an otter.

First time life experience
Guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable about species and informative. Saw a pod of Orca and other bird life.

Respectful of Nature & Professional
Captain Carl & the team did a great job during our trip! With all the haze from the fires in WA I wasn't sure if our visibility would be impaired, but No! He got us to the Orcas off Whidbey Island, which was fantastic considering my mom was visiting from Colorado. Thank you Island Adventures for making our day fun & educational!

We had a great time. It was nice to see the whales, and other sea animals. I've been on other tours and never seen anything. This was lots better. The crew members were very nice.
