We got tickets on time.
We were glad that we were able to find tickets for the Alhambra here, but unfortunately, the price was about three times higher than what you would normally pay.
It’s quite frustrating because some agencies buy large numbers of tickets in advance and then resell them at much higher prices, which makes it difficult to get tickets through the official website, even when booking a month in advance.
We didn’t know this beforehand, so unfortunately we ended up having to pay the inflated price. Still, we were happy that we managed to get tickets and visit this incredible place.

found an Alhambra ticket that was impossible to find
very simple experience....entrance ticket. audio guide not to be considered since it was also provided on site in digital format with QR. so the 4 stars are simply related to the price which was 4 times the original price (dependent on the supplier, not on viator). For a last-minute entry it was worth it anyway. I would also give 5 stars to viator for the quick assistance provided to my requests for clarification.

Arrive early
Arrive earlier than you think in order to get oriented and get to your timed entry of Nasrid Palace. There is lots to see and do. Your passport is scanned more often than your ticket.

Alhambra visit
I would advise to plan ahead and book the visit well in advance via the oficial Granada website. It is very expensive booking at the last minute. The highlight for me was the Nasrid palace and advising that the ticket includes access.

Fantastic
I was nervous about booking this as we needed tickets for the next day but I received the tickets the evening before the visit and everything went super smoothly. SO glad we got to visit The Alhambra, you pay a premium for the late booking but it was worth every penny, the whole visit was breathtaking. Thanks so much!

Couldn't get tickets to Alhambra on official website, so I resorted to last chance option and bought the tickets here. Everything went well - confirmation and tickets were provided really fast along with the clear instructions on how to get in. Totally worth the money.

Efficient!
Excellent for solving last-minute purchases. Everything worked well, although we would have preferred an earlier time, we understood that it was what was possible.
