10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend enough!!! Roberto has a humorous personality and really supports you along the way. I especially recommend this for my fellow celiacs. We had the best time, enjoyed the company of other attendees , and left full and happy. It is so worth it!!
This was my favorite part of my time in Florence! I seriously had so much fun and learned so much at the same time.
Such a fun experience, especially for a traveling celiac. The classroom is completely gluten free without any risk of cross contamination. Not to mention the food we all shared at the end was delicious, and the bottomless wine didn’t hurt either! We made three types/shapes of pasta, and the instructor made the different sauces for them. At the end of the class we were able to enjoy everything that we made, and I came away from the class feeling as if I could replicate the pasta making at home. For the first time since I was diagnosed I have hope for good pasta again! Many thanks to Roberto and the experience he created.
We were really looking forward to the class; however, it was a huge let down. If you are looking for cheap wine, a less than knowledgeable self declared celiac (who doesn’t appear to have any proper training), eating food that lacks flavour and is held in the back room of a poorly air conditioned restaurant, then… this is the class for you. We were both extremely ill after the class which lays into question if this was truly gluten free.
Amazing experience! I could not recommend this more whether you need to eat gluten free or not. My wife and I loved having Roberto as our chef and instructor for this class. Because my wife has celiac it is very difficult to find experiences like this back in the states, so this was perfect. We really enjoyed this opportunity. If you are in Florence and are looking for a cooking class or walking/biking tour, you must book this class or another offering from Roberto. He makes the experience better than the others. I would take this class with Roberto again in a heartbeat the next time I am in Florence.
Chef Roberto was great!! He makes the class so much fun, you can truly see the passion he has for this class and how much he puts into it. We are celiac and were very impressed with the care that Chef Roberto puts into this class for make it safe for celiacs. We would rebook this class every time we are in Florence and would recommend anyone, gluten free or not, to book this class!

What a great experience. So much fun, amazing host. Great value for money and delicious gluten free pasta dishes. The ravioli with sage and butter was delicious. 3 hours absolutely flew by. Highly recommend even if you can eat gluten it’s still the best pasta making course to do.
