Terrible tour and guide. We retreated like second class citizens, and never told that not having a guided tour meant we waited in the general line like everybody else. Versailles was terrible. We stood in line for half an hour in the rain, and finally went to the café while the line went through. This only left us with a few minutes to go through their side. This was a nightmare.
Dear Daniel, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy the tour. However, we would like to clarify that there are circumstances beyond our control, such as the weather or the time spent in lines. Regarding your comment about the service, this is not the kind of experience we aim to provide, so we will review what happened. We invite you to contact our customer service, providing the reservation name and date, so that we can investigate the matter more effectively. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Both places were extremely crowded but worthwhile. We couldn't get into Monet's house due to crowds and time constraints but the gardens were splendid in full bloom. Lunch at the mill was poor but we enjoyed the place. Despite the crowds, we were able to see everything in Versailles which was magnificent. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip. Just a note of caution, an audio tour requires you to bring headphones and download an app to listen to the descriptions. This is not clearly stated that you do not get a Whisperer device.
Dear Debora, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed both sites, especially the gardens and Versailles, despite the crowds. We appreciate your note regarding the audio guide — your feedback helps us improve communication and set clearer expectations. We hope to welcome you again for another experience in the future! Best Regards
This activity is very busy, alot of other tour groups at same time. Slow to get around the garden. Definitely work the visit though.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the visit worthwhile, even with the crowds and slower pace in the gardens. It’s a popular destination, and we appreciate your patience. We're happy you still enjoyed the experience and hope to welcome you again in the future! Best regards,
Great tour, and we loved doing the it on our own with the guide’s help! Lots of information given on the coach while driving to the destination.

Loved this experience. The gardens the home and the GIVERNY trip was great. The Versailles portion was not so good. Could not understand the guide very well. Left entrance ticket on bus. Driver left. Guide disappeared so I did not get to go in but all the others did. We had fun despite the difficulties
Dear Landra, Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Giverny trip and the gardens, as well as the home, it's truly a special place to visit. It was super crowded as all Paris is after the Olympics. Couldn’t see much in Monet’s house but gardens were lovely. Could have used another half hour of time. Versailles was absolutely mobbed and I wished we had just taken the train. Two hours wasn’t enough time to even get to all that I wanted to see.
Giverny is beautiful- and Versailles is absolutely amazing. My sisters and I had a wonderful day. We would definitely recommend this your.
Monet's garden was beautiful. We were disappointed to be dropped at Versailles at 2.45pm with tickets timed for entry at 3.30pm. One of the reasons I booked this tour was that it stated "skip the queue" at Versailles. We didn't skip the queue we wasted 45 minutes waiting for the queue we were in to move. That's not what we expected and paid for.
Monets garden was beautiful, versailles was mind blowing despite the wet weather. Tour was great for a taste of each site but would have liked more time to explore versailles. The guide were very informative. Lunch was provided and delicious.
Very organized and wonderful tour. Highly recommend. We had a great guide who was a wealth of information. Highly recommend!
