Poor communication
Instructions to collect tickets was confusing and wrong! Had to chase for electronic tickets 10mins before time of event even though they should have arrived 24 hours before. Poor communication

The 24-hour policy refers to the **ticket delivery window**, not a guarantee that tickets arrive exactly 24 hours before entry. Tickets can be delivered as late as **30–15 minutes before entry**, provided the booking is confirmed.
Since your tickets were delivered, used, and accepted successfully, we’re honestly a little unsure what the purpose of this review was. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoyed the attraction.

Tickets for the main attractions.
I received what I expected. Through the app, I got a voucher and via WhatsApp a ticket, with which I could enter the bell tower, the cathedral, the dome museum, and the baptistery.

Climb the Bell Tower!
Excellent experience climbing the bell tower. Well worth the effort involved when you reach the top and see the spectacular views.

Well worth the visit.
Great experience. The climb up the tower was amazing and worth it.
