Description
Tortillas taste a whole lot better when you make them yourself. At a Baltimore brewery, you’ll start with flour, water and salt, then mix, roll and shape your dough into fresh tortillas ready for the griddle. Once those are cooking, you’ll make creamy guacamole by mashing ripe avocado with garlic, salt, pepper and bright lime. Then you’ll chop tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño to create a fresh salsa with just the right kick. You’ll pick up practical skills for handling dough, chopping ingredients and balancing flavors as you go, with Chef Brandi keeping every step approachable for beginners.
