Wrappers ready, filling mixed and folding skills loading. You’ll begin by preparing a flavorful Asian-style dumpling filling, then learn how to portion, fold and seal each dumpling by hand. You’ll get practical tips for handling the wrappers and creating secure folds without needing any previous cooking experience. Once your dumplings are shaped, you’ll prepare a dipping sauce designed to bring salty, tangy and aromatic flavors together. You’ll cook the dumplings until tender and juicy, then plate them with the sauce and dig in. Along the way, you’ll learn useful shaping, seasoning and cooking techniques while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere.
