Full Day Private Tour-Temples of Paestum and Ruins of Pompeii

Phenomenal! This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for my family that included four generations. We were able to spend time living and eating like Italians and got to see many of the most fabulous sites in Rome, Florence, and Venice. But by and far our Private tour and day trip to The Ruins of Pompeii guided tour and The Greek Temples of Paestum was everyone's favorite day before we even knew we were going to the beautiful Bosco de Medici vineyard for an amazing lunch and wine tasting. Everything was organized for us including the car seat for the baby. Our driver was waiting when we arrived at the train station with a comfortable, air-conditioned van. We didn't have to worry about anything, we could just sit back and relax and have a great time. Definitely the easiest day of our whole trip 🙂 Our driver was amazing. He helped us get whatever we needed and gave lots of information on the areas we were visiting and the lifestyle. We had experiences of a lifetime and memories we will never forget. Thank you Palma and Nello, you are awesome at what you do!

The day was ok but rushed. When we booked it, it was very misleading, but they have since changed it to be more accurate. This is strictly a transfer and you need to grab lunch on the run because time is not allowed for that. When we booked it, it looked like a tour and that we would have time to stop at a winery as long as we paid for what we did there. It also said that our driver would stop at scenic spots and let us take pictures, while pointing out things along the way. None of this was the case, but fortunately they changed the listing. Paolo, our driver was very nice, but only tried to answer our questions and didn't add anything additional as far as information about the area. My rating is based on the listing we booked it from and not what is represented now.

Giuseppe was very prompt and professional. He speaks exceptional English and was able to anticipate our needs. When we come back to this area, we will hire him again.

We had a fantastic experience with this booking. The communication beforehand was seamless and easy; the company was helpful in making recommendations & allowed us to customize our day, all with plans prepared in advance! Our driver, Giuseppe, even arrived early to pick us up from our hotel and he was friendly, polite, & an excellent driver. The car was also comfortable for the duration of our private drive. We had just the right amount of time to enjoy our independent experiences in Pompeii & Paestum (plus, the lunch stop we added on), but you could choose to arrange tours if you wish.
