At the meeting point was very confusing, no large sign for us to find the activity provider. They should make it easy for the participants to find the right tour rather than telling us bus license number. My first impression was negative. I should acknowledge that our guide, Nazelly changed everything, she was a very knowledgeable and personable. Our return, driver was a bit rackless.
Great tour through the lake of Sivan and a nice hike up the hill to a good view over the lake and onto Dilijan, Janalee was a great guide and trying to keep 18 people on time was a chore for her, but nonetheless, she did a good job.. there’s always a few stragglers.
I liked the visits but the guide Hasmik was totally unpleasant. Despite mastering all the history that she presented to us during the visit, she became unempathetic and tried to speed up the entire trip as if it were a freight. It was the most expensive lunch, don't eat trout, 60 euros is a rip-off, and besides, they marginalized us because we were Portuguese and older, excusing themselves because they arranged a table for us to be more in love, this is a joke because the whole group stayed together. A horror. Furthermore, we wasted infinite time looking for a USB charger for the guide's microphone who hadn't prepared their work the day before. Run from this, there are many better ones. We did it on the 2nd day, it was five stars.
Excellent itinerary with an excellent guide. Typical and very good restaurant. Highly recommended experience
Guide Tatiana: helpful, clear and simple explanations. Driver: safe driving Bus air conditioning system: not working properly, it did not cool the air inside the passenger cabin, temperature extremely high for 20 passengers.
Great itinerary full of historical landmarks and green panoramas. Our guide was professional and knowledgeable. Without his detailed and useful explanations our day-trip would have not been the same.
A pleasant way to spend your day visiting the wonders of Armenia
Wooooow good day and good trip I had enjoyed very nice day and good experience Thank you sooooo much
Tatiana was a great tour guide! She speaks many languages and gave us a lot of info about the sites we visited. We had fun visiting these beautiful sites. The van’s AC was a bit weak, but everything else was perfect.
