Do this first!
Do this early in your stay in NOLA so you will know all about the food and where to go eat the best! Our guide was born and raised in NOLA and also does other tours. He knows everything about everything. Really enjoyed this.

Great tour, good food
It was actually fun and very interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable . He knew food history, New Orleans history and shared quick stories about his childhood as pertaining to food. The samples were delicious. My sister was full afterward, but it only made me want to eat a real portion. Good tour
Pretty decent tour for the money. Our tour guy was very knowledgeable. He spent every single second providing the history and sometimes his own personal experience during the tour. We tasted 4 small separate food samples (Crawfish ettoufe chicken & sausage jambalaya, seafood, gumbo) consistent of rice, beans, crawfish type dishes (very filling) to fulfilled, your hunger.
