Confusingly - we’d learned all about Dante’s circles of hell earlier in the day, but the museum failed to mention this tour as the inner most circle. I think the implication is that the tour includes stopping at wine windows and tasting wine, it does not. At the end of a tortuous 90 minute walk, where the guide rambled on incoherently about fascias, we got one glass of wine. Would not recommend.
The Wine window tour part was good, the guide was friendly and knowledgable. However, at booking with was unclear that we were booking 2 completely separate tours, it was very misleading as it implied we were booking the wine windows tour and part of this tour was the options of either food or a river cruise. The total costings were not broken down to indicate 2 separate tours. We opted for the river cruise but at the end of the windows tour the guide had no knowledge of the river cruise, so we missed the river cruise completely, and no compensation was given.

We got lucky and had the tour all by ourselves! Our tour guide Marta was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable of all things Florence! Would recommend to anyone! The wine at the end was nice as well 😉

Fabio was fun and energetic with lots of information about the wine windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The tour is a leisurely walk around the city with information about all the wine windows and their history.
Saw so much of the city of Florence and learned so much about it! We had an olive oil tasting and a glass of wine. Got lots of recommendations for restaurants to try, neighborhoods and markets to explore, with little lessons on Italian phrases sprinkled throughout. It was an excellent introduction to the city on my first day here, definitely recommend!
We could not find the meeting point they changed meeting point and it was hard to find so we missed our tour. We asked for our money back and they declined. Not very happy with outcome.
