This is first and foremost a Tuscan cooking class, but with a deeper connection to Florence. Alongside traditional regional dishes, the menu may include recipes, flavours or techniques inspired by Renaissance Florence and early Tuscan culinary traditions. Chef Varinia Cappelletti, Chef Vary®, combines more than twenty years of professional cooking with a background in archaeology and food history, bringing historical context naturally into the kitchen without turning the experience into a lecture.
