This pasta making class was so much fun!! My family and I agree it was a highlight of our trip and would definitely take it again. George was a great instructor and was super funny. The food we made was amazing and I learned so much! 10/10!

We attended the pasta making and tiramisu class. This was the absolute highlight of our stay in Florence. Gin, our chef, was an excellent instructor leading us with her flair and passion for Italian cuisine. She provided wonderful culinary explanations, not only showing us the how but teaching us the why. She was so fun :). A new core memory for our family. Yum! Grazie!

This was hands-down the best cooking class we have ever taken! We absolutely loved our Florence Pasta & Dessert Cooking Class with Eating Europe. The chef was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and engaging. We loved how she explained not only the techniques but also the science behind cooking, which made the experience even more interesting. Hearing about her international cooking experiences was such a fun added touch. This class was a highlight of our Italy trip and a must-do experience for anyone visiting Florence. We would highly recommend it to future travelers!
