Wonderful experience! The chef explained and modeled everything. He then went around and helped us to complete each step if needed. It was a great family activity.

Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

The pasta workshop was great fun! Really great teacher and the pasta tasted amazing. Highly recommend!
Chef Andre was the best, so helpful & funny. Food was delicious. Would definitely suggest this for a couple, group of friends, or family event.
Brilliant experience in amazing venue with excellent chef/ tutor
The class is actually several classes taught in the same building. We arrived to a line to get in and were led to a room with 24 participants. There were classes occurring concurrently in other parts of this old and charming restaurant. Our chef Victoria was absolutely charming. Well engaged, witty, and happy to help. Wine was readily available to share with a good natured group. We made three types of pasta, two of which were stuffed, and ended with a great meal. Fun and targeted to armatures/beginners. If you've ever played with play-do you can do this. They provide all the ingredients and tools and are there to assist. One watch out, several groups arrived with small children and a couple infants. We were in the "three pasta" class which did not include a dessert. The families chose dessert options. We've grown children as do the couple we travelled with and were more interested in partaking in an adult event. By chance that's how we segregated so it worked wonderfully. May want to reach out/ask when signing up. Overall though, a great time and would recommend.
It was a great experience. The instructor/Chef is patient, kind and knows the history of pasta making. It was a step by step experience.
An amazing and fun time, a great way to start your visit to Florence, meet people and enjoy food and wine.
We loved our evening. We made 3 different kinds of pasta and enjoyed it all with some good Italian wine. The room was magnificent, the chef was friendly, and we chatted with people from all over the world. We would go back there without hesitation! A must-do of our trip!
I went with my friend to a 10am class and it was the most memorable activity of the weekend! Don’t be intimidated by the large number of people outside, you still get a somewhat intimate class of about 20 total. I learned many new techniques and enjoyed three different pasta sauces.
My partner and I attended Chef Lorenzo’s class yesterday, Sep 27th and we had the most wonderful experience. It was truly the highlight of our trip to Florence. Chef Lorenzo was so professional, friendly, informative and so fun. We could not imagine a better experience with any other. Not to mention the pasta we made was so delicious. We look forward to trying our pasta making skills at home with our families. Thank you Chef Lorenzo for your guidance! We would also like to mention the beautiful facility and environment and the friendliness of all the staff at Restaurant De Bardi 🏆 Bravo 👏
