Great Value Duomo Hosted Entry Experience
I had a very enjoyable hour with guide Julio and the smallish group who were on this tour. I booked the 10.00am tour. As the Duomo Cathedral does not open until 10.15am, for the first 15 to 20 mins of the tour we waited in line and Julio gave us lots of info about the Duomo and neighbouring Baptistry. It was an entertaining and light-hearted tour, with easy to understand English. We were able to stay in the Duomo for as long as we wanted after the official hosted tour concluded.

Good option
Good option if you want a guaranteed entry time. The meeting point was easy to find, and the staff was helpful. Inside the gallery, we had plenty of time to see David and the other artworks.

Refund please!
First of all, we did not know that we were supposed to meet the EU tours at a certain place. When we finally figured that out and went to the place, we found two other couples waiting but no tour operator. After a half hour, we finally left. I would like a refund.

As mentioned in the booking terms, it is essential to arrive at the meeting point on time, as the Cathedral has strict entry rules and group entry slots that cannot be changed. Unfortunately, since you arrived after the meeting time and left before the host could assist you, we are unable to offer a refund. We understand this may be disappointing, but the service was delivered as advertised and in line with the agreed conditions.

The hosted entry saved us time and gave us peace of mind. We met the host right near the entrance, and he gave us our tickets and useful tips. The sculpture gallery was beautiful , David was bigger and more perfect than I ever imagined.

So happy we booked this timed hosted entry! The host was friendly and helped us enter right away. The gallery isn’t huge, but it’s full of art that makes you stop and think. Of course, David was the highlight ,a true masterpiece.

Everything went super smoothly.
If you hate waiting, get this ticket. We went in at our time slot without a problem. The host made sure we were all set. Inside, the gallery wasn’t crowded, which made it even better. I took so many pics of David from every angle!

I didn’t want to waste time standing in a long line, so this ticket was perfect. I found the meeting spot fast, the host handed me everything, and boom. I was inside! The gallery isn’t huge, but it’s full of beautiful art. David was incredible!
