I had NO idea what to expect and was honestly thinking this might be another church tour and wow - this was FANTASTIC! Worth EVERY CENT! The line to get in was so long; worth it alone for simply skipping that line! Then add to that - our tour guide was so informed and shared so much historical knowledge. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Claudio was an excellent guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us lots of information in a nice relaxed style, quite often with very appropriate humour! His English was perfect. We wasted absolutely no time in any queues. Entrance to the Misericordia museum is included with the ticket and is definitely worth a visit.
The background provided was great as was the tour manager. He spoke clearly and provided detail of the history of the Duomo. Tour wasn't too long and there wasn't a longer period of time standing.

Our guide Claudio was excellent, he gave us in depth history of the surrounding buildings around the Duomo and inside the Duomo. He explained about the statues and meanings of characters in the painting on the top of the Duomo. It means so much more to be told about it .
Good and staff was great but time was limited and it rained in San Gimignano. We went with friends and wish that could have more time in Siena and San Gimignano but these tours are all like that.

Our guide was both knowledgable and enthusiastic. As well as providing a full dialogue on the tour his responses to questions was impressive. He really brought the tour to life. The tour skipped the queues and we were able to go into quiet area away from the crowds. Good value.
