Wow, Peggy is on the best tour guys I’ve ever had. She was fun to make sure we stay together. Awesome great stories even brought props and acted out scenes with us. She was amazing entertaining, and worth every penny highly recommend her.

The tour operators did a good job picking a quiet place to meet so that we were sure to find them. Excellent customer service. Good tour. Niagara City Cruises boat ride was OUTSTANDING. The VIP experience allowed us to stand at the front of the boat which was a nice plus. The boat goes into the mist of the falls and it is just an incredible experience. The tour guide told fun stories along the walk from the Niagara City Cruises to Journey Behind the Falls (e.g., dare devils who tried to cross the falls over the years). The tour guide got us to the elevator for Journey and left us there. She was nice, knowledgable and fun to learn from. FYI... our family of 5 (all adults) was not impressed with the Journey Behind the Falls experience and thought it paled in comparison to the boat ride. The lines were longer. The tunnels are silly. You wait on a long line to see water falling past you at the end of a tunnel. The observation deck was better, but again only had maybe 50% of the wow-factor of the boat ride. Last FYI, the Niagara Takes Flights IMAX movie was also OUTSTANDING - exciting and informative. Enjoy your trip!
