This Niagara Falls tour is advertised as Journey behind the Falls and boat tour. However it is also a walking tour of 1 1/2 miles plus you have to walk back to your hotel or parking which for us was a total of 2 1/2 miles. 3 of 4 of us are senior citizens with back issues. One person with a scheduled hip replacement for September. We were not warned of the extent to the amount of walking, stopping, standing while tour guide narrated 5-6 spots along the walks. There is no shuttle either.
We had such a great time on this tour! It was fun from start to finish and Diane was wonderful—so friendly, knowledgeable and just a lot of fun to be with. She really made the whole experience even better. We loved every minute of it and would absolutely recommend it!

The lines were absolutely ridiculous. The boat itself is amazing but it was totally tainted by the wait on the front end and especially the back end . Over 45 minutes waiting for an elevator. Give your customers the option to walk out … gotta be a way to do it.
Agreed! The boat attraction has had some hiccups this season for sure. Those wait times are unacceptable and we're going to do whatever we can as a local tour provider to make sure similar days are avoided going forward. I totally understand your feelings about your experience. Luckily this is not the norm and in many cases the lines are minimal or our guides are able to bypass them with their groups entirely. Especially when people book our earlier start times.

Dan was an excellent tour guide. I am so glad I signed up for this service. He made the tour exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is alot of walking, so if you are not physically able to do a lot of walking, do not sign up for this tour!!

Our tour guide Gord was fantastic. He told us about the history of the falls, which Im sure all tour guides due, but also stories of people and places that most guides probable do not. Such as the kayak and the wave runner. Also about Jeff the seal, a story i did not believe until I looked it up. The boat ride to the falls was incredible. Gord made it a five star experience Craig V
