Closed shop no electric scooters
When we turned up to pick up the electric scooters, it turned out that you couldn't do that from the chosen store. You could book, but they don't have electric scooters at all. We were offered to pick up somewhere else, but it would have taken us several hours to walk there in the setting sun. So that was not an option. So wasted hours in Valencia because they have no control over their order page.
Operator response
Dear client,
We are sorry that your request came at the time of adjusting our website and you could not use our scooters renting.
No matter what,we offered you a solution to this situation but it didn`t suit you and made full refund to you.
With all due respect to this situacion , your pre-order was made less than 1.5 hours before the scheduled time and unfortuanely we didnt have enough time to prepare scooters in the store which you had choose. And your rental duration was only for 2 hours . Consider these circumstances , I dont think we deserve such a bad review like you wrote as if we spoiled your entire vacation.
Of course we will take your review into consideration, but on the other hand , let's respect spanish local small business and give us a chance to grow up and improve!
Best regards,
Tour Point Team

Scooter tour of Valencia
Great place to rent scooters. Scooters were in excellent condition and Mora was very kind and accommodating. We booked for half a day and it wasn't enough time to tour the city, but it was a wonderful experience.
