View of the city

I passed by this place for at least the past few two years thinking someday I will finally go and so I did. It was an easy purchase online through Tripadvisor. It can also be purchased on Viator and other sizes well for the price around $25. I thought it was a decent price for a short outing for the day. The tour last anywhere from one to two hours long. There was not a long wait in line. You’re greeted at the ticket booth, which is located in The Hyatt Regency. You can also purchase your tickets there as well . Once you’re scanned in there is a green screen in the background. You can take photos prior to going up to the deco. They also have a gift shop with little trinkets you can purchase from T-shirts, keychains, magnets, and even a few snacks before or after the viewing. They will take you up on the elevator and of course not even thinking you will see much on the elevator. There appears the beautiful sunshine and land as far as it stretches appear. It was amazing! If you have an issue with vertigo or heights, you could possibly become nauseated from the motion of going up. It wasn’t too terrible, but we made it to the top and of course our ears were popping, but that was a quick easy fix by swallowing. the view were breathtaking. The breeze was fabulous on a hot summer day. There was a minimal crowd there mainly middle age, and a few children. There were multiple halos around where you can read information obout different landmarks throughout the city. Once you’re done viewing, you can purchase some food or drinks. They have ice cream, drinks, things of that nature to purchase. You can get some great pictures from up there. I highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a day out around downtown Dallas. Great for soloing, groups and couples. I would recommend visiting during the evening hours.

Family

It was just ok to me but if you like looking over Dallas Texas then it would be for you and your family I don’t think it was worth the price

Go in the evening

The tower views are beautiful and we were there to see the sunset. It gets crowded at night. We made our reservation for 8:30pm and we were allowed to be up there as long as we wanted.

Operator response

Thanks for the review! We're so glad you enjoyed the sunset and your visit.

The reunion tower is great place to view different towers and downtown Dallas. It was interesting to learn about towers around the world.

Convenient activity

It’s was a good experience because it was organized and started on time. The price was reasonable for the activity. The rest viewing areas are comfortable and air conditioned. The only thing I didn’t like was the $15 parking fee for less than 1 hour

Nice way to spend 2 hours - hope to go back at night!

On a whim, I took my 8- and 11-year-old to Reunion Tower since we were in the downtown area for an errand. We've lived in the metroplex for a while and had never been. So glad we did! Visiting the Tower today made me proud to be a Texan! Our experience at Reunion was excellent! Everything felt clean and modern. The employees were very friendly – especially Sydney on the elevator, who had a beautiful smile and persona, told us some quick facts on the 60-second ride up and down, and DonaMarie on the Geo-Deck. DonaMarie was enthusiastic to show my girls how to do the Scavenger Hunt, as well as where to look for clues, etc., and even reassured them that she would help fill in any blanks they missed - which she did! She sat down with them and answered all the ones they couldn't find in the time we were there. Donamarie genuinely seemed to enjoy her job, taking interest in wanting to help the visitors. It's rare these days that an employee will go out of their way with knowledge and friendliness to "go the extra mile" for a customer - she did both! The views are incredible with lots of ways to see landmarks, and there is a nice tribute to JFK as well (you can't miss Dealey Plaza from the Tower... can even see the "x" on the street where he was shot). The icing on the cake was finding out that with the price of our tickets, we received a digital copy of the pictures they took of us at the beginning of the tour - such a nice surprise to be able to leave with this kind of souvenir (DonaMarie helped me with this as well)!

Operator response
