Great cooking class and company!
I really enjoyed my cooking class with Bouchra. We made a delicious vegetarian tagine, Moroccan salad and dessert and I learned how to make mint and green tea the Moroccan way. I enjoyed our long chat whilst cooking and eating, we talked about so much and I found Bouchra to be very interesting and engaging. I love that these kind of cultural exchanges exist, it's a must experience for everyone!

Just like home
I 100% recommend this activity. Bouchra is an adorable hostess thanks to whom, my daughter and I had a wonderful time. We learned how to cook a complete meal then the traditional mint tea, all while chatting and joking, then we moved on to the tasting... A big thank you to Bouchra.

Evening with Bouchra
The evening with Bouchra was a highlight of our trip to morocco. Getting to know her and chat with her was truly a great way to immerse in the moroccan culture. The dishes were delicious and the class was very interesting and interactive. I will definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The experience of cooking local cuisine in a local's home was truly special. I was touched that they kindly picked me up at the square and dropped me off when I left. Both the class and the conversation were really fun!!! If I come to Marrakech again, I want to do it again. Highly recommend.

The best cooking class in Morocco (very local)!
We did this cooking class as part of our MAIA group trip (100% offline, that’s why I don’t have any photos on my phone, only analog camera 😅) and absolutely loved the experience! Bouchra and the other girls were incredibly kind, welcoming and fun. Bouchra speaks English very well, so everything was easy to follow and the atmosphere was relaxed from the very beginning. What we appreciated the most was how hands-on the experience was. Everyone in our group was involved and had something to do, so it really felt like we were cooking together rather than just watching a demonstration. The ingredients were fresh and good quality, and most importantly, we actually ate what we had prepared ourselves! We’ve been to other cooking classes where you prepare a few things and then somehow the “finished” dishes magically appear from the kitchen, but this was definitely not the case here. Everything felt genuine and authentic. The food was delicious, the girls were lovely, and the whole experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. Highly recommended, especially if you’re travelling with a group

This was a fabulous...
This was a fabulous experience. Bouchra met us is an easy place to find in the Mefina and took us to her home. Everything was so well organised and after a chat she had us chopping up vegetables and making marinades and dressings. She was funny and relaxed and gave us historical facts as we chatted. The food we made was delicious and we all sat together and shared our meal
