Moroccan Tagine Cooking Class in a Marrakech Family Home

Azzadine and Yusef were wonderful guides and cooking teachers. They met me in the medina and brought me to their house, where they showed me how to prepare Moroccan salad, chicken tagine and oranges with cinnamon. They taught me a lot about Moroccan culture while cooking, and we had a wonderful lunch with the food we cooked and traditional Moroccan food. They were open and wonderful about their lives, and this was one of my best experiences in Marrakech. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience in Marrakech. We had the pleasure of preparing with our own hands the traditional Moroccan tajine, delicious typical sweets, and fresh local salads, all in a family-like, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Ezzeddine and Zakaria, who with their kindness, availability, and passion made this experience even more special. Thanks to them, we were able to discover not only the secrets of Moroccan cuisine but also many authentic aspects of the local culture and traditions. It was not simply a cooking lesson, but a true journey into the heart of Morocco, filled with flavors, stories, traditions, and moments of sharing that we will always carry with us.
