Join Daniela (69), Mario (71) and their son Nicolò in the kitchen at home to learn how to prepare some of the most classic Italian dishes (you will help them) amid lots of laughter and fun. It will be wonderful to host you in our kitchen and share with you some of the most precious recipes that we pass down from generation to generation. For over 40 years Daniela has been cooking with love for her family, so she loves cooking and teaching new people who want to learn (and eat)! Daniela & Mario will teach you how to bring Italian cuisine into your home. Our cuisine reflects the simplicity of who we are, reflects the culture of tradition and love for this territory. Sadly The Casa Club made some kind of mistake taking our booking so we arrived to find they were not expecting us and were unable to do the cooking class. Although I have eventually received a full refund after a bit of chasing, it cost us over £189 in taxis to their location from the centre of Roma and back, and I’ve had no response about refunding those wasted costs and no answer from The Casa Club’s phone number. They seemed like nice people but a lot of reviews on here are painting a different picture sadly, I’d be very cautious about booking with them.
The provider of our booking - a cooking class at a home in Rome never received our booking from Viator so our transportation never showed up. Will think twice before I use Viator again. Ruined our plans. Some of us booked a different class for the next night with a different company. Waiting to see if I get the refund…
Daniela’s son cancelled the experience the day before we were supposed to go. We were really looking forward to it….very disappointing.
Didn’t show up. We waited 30 minutes. Children very disappointed. No contact to say wouldn’t show. Don’t book.
Paid for the event through Viator. Day of event host emailed and cancelled. Viator says they will not refund.... Never again with Viator. This was a complete rip-off. No event but still had to pay $260.00. Don't know how Viator stays if business.
Do not book. We booked this tour based on the good reviews. We waited 45 minutes for the pick up at our hotel as scheduled, and we were ghosted. I messaged the company through three different platforms, with 0 replies. Complete lack of respect to customers, spend your money and time elsewhere.

We waited all week for this cooking experience. The day of the event I emailed host to confirm, who would be picking us up. No response. Went to meeting spot 30 min before pick up time - host was a no show. Total disappointment.

This was the best experience of our trip to Rome. The food was great! Nicolo and family were so amazing. We really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
We loved it and had a great time, very charming people and the food was great. It was more of an intimate experience than a cooking class
We had a wonderful time with Daniella and her family. They were so kind and welcoming, by the time we left, we felt we had family in Italy. We particularly enjoyed the many stories that they shared with us about their family, truly a special family. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with the family. We used their offer to have a driver pick us up from our hotel and also return us and we are very thankful that we did that This was a very unique experience that I would highly recommend.
